Situated in the beautiful surrounds of Hampstead Heath, Paul Cahillane Studio are currently working on the refurbishment and extension of this house located on a prominent corner site. The works include a new extended lower ground floor including the lowering of the existing floor level, the extension of the loft space, and a complete internal refurbishment.

The proposals, which include a full interior design service, create a fantastic new open plan living area at Lower Ground Floor level. The circulation and staircases have been rationalised to open up the floor plans and greatly improve the amount of natural light within the dwelling. Large crittall glazed screens create a strong connection with the garden and add a contemporary touch which compliments the existing classic nature of the layout.

The proposals received planning consent in February 2023 and the job is now under construction.
