Paul Cahillane Studio worked with the client on the complete refurbishment of a Edwardian flat in North West London. A key aspect of the brief was to create an open plan type layout, optimizing the amount of natural light entering the flat as a whole. Previously the flat was heavily compartmentalized and suffered from an inefficient layout.

In addition, a new kitchen was installed and which maximized the inherent nooks of the building. An interior design proposal combined neutral tones with natural materials such as timber flooring and stone to create a relaxing and uplifting interior environment.
