Situated within the elegant and generous streetscape of De Beauvoir Town Conservation Area, we are working with the owners to sensitively refurbish and transform this house into a modern family home fit for the 21st century.

As part of the refurbishment, we are extending the rear of the house, building a new summer house to the rear of the property and altering the front of the property to maximize the quality of natural light entering the lower ground floor. In addition, all windows are being replaced whilst maintaining the original character to greatly improve the dwellings energy performance.
